Mike Seguin – Resides between Aspen, Colorado and Maui Hawaii with his wife Kim and has worked in the Real Estate Finance business since 1996. Mike has a degree in Finance from the University of Colorado and has been funding private loans with personal and private investor funds for 12 years. Before starting SREI Financial with Mark Foster, Mike bought and sold foreclosure property in Colorado. His dealings in the secondary loan market gave him an entrance to private finance. .
Mark Foster – Mark is a Colorado native. He attended Middlebury College, worked in private manufacturing and completed his undergraduate studies at University of Colorado with a Business Finance degree. He graduated from Denver University law school in 1980 then practiced with a Denver firm until 1986 when he began his private practice. Mark’s practice emphasized real estate finance and lending law. Clients included local and national banks as well as private lenders. His practice is now limited to SREI business. Mark also holds a Colorado real estate broker license and has privately owned income property and placed private real estate loans for over thirty years. He resides in Steamboat Springs and Denver with offices in both locations. His wife Dale is a teacher and artist. He has a son currently enrolled in the Denver University graduate program for commercial real estate development and management, and a daughter who graduated college in 2006 and is preparing for graduate school as well.
