Broker Referral Program
We encourage Brokers, bankers, lenders etc to bring us loans they are having trouble closing. We always pay broker referral fees and respect client broker relations. Our general guidelines for funding are as follows:
- Max Loan to Value of 70% on liquid property
- We will look at loans on land, commercial, speculatory, luxury etc. if it is a Real Estate Based loan with good equity we will look at it.
- Geographically we concentrate on the west but will look at deals in South Florida
Every deal is different and we can be VERY creative, please contact us and explain the situation of the loan you are looking to fund. For properties in certain locations we do not require an appraisal.
